We see this as a complement to traditional crosstabular analysis and qualitative research. The goal is data convergence, where no single line of questioning is relied upon but where we triangulate in on a set of findings.
Grove Insight's questionnaire development is extremely collaborative, with each draft subject to discussion. Only when there is consensus around the survey will we go into the field.
As soon as the survey exits the field, we are available to discuss preliminary findings with your organization. We then create a full-color final report that includes a thorough analysis of the topline responses, cross-tabulated data, and multivariate analyses, as well as our strategic recommendations. Grove Insight believes one should not have to be intimately involved with the project, or an expert on the subject, to understand our survey findings and recommendations. We also believe it is our job - not yours - to pour through the crosstabs.
